AX88201R

The AX88201R is a low-power and highly integrated single-port 10M/100M/1000M Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver. It supports Reduced Gigabit Media Independent Interface (RGMII) and is compliant with IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T, IEEE 802.3u 100BASE-TX, IEEE 802.3ab 1000BASE-T standards. The AX88201R has powerful data transmission and reception capabilities and is suitable for Ethernet hubs, switches, routers and home gateway applications.

The AX88201R RGMII interface provides effortless connectivity to Gigabit Ethernet MAC controllers with selectable signal voltages of 3.3/2.5/1.8/1.5V. Additionally, its 25MHz single-ended clock output contributes to minimizing bill of materials (BOM) costs, enhancing overall cost-effectiveness. AX88201R offers an industrial-grade operating temperature range: -40 to +85°C.
