AX88201S

The AX88201S is a low-power and highly integrated single-port 10M/100M/1000M Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver. It integrates SerDes PHY for Serial Gigabit Media Independent Interface (SGMII), and is compliant with IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T, IEEE 802.3u 100BASE-TX, IEEE 802.3ab 1000BASE-T standards. The AX88201R has powerful data transmission and reception capabilities and is suitable for Ethernet hubs, switches, routers and home gateway applications.

The AX88201S supports ultra-low power consumption in Ethernet line unplug mode or port power-down mode, and supports IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE), effectively reducing power consumption during idle periods. Additionally, it supports jumbo frames up to 16KB in full-duplex mode, improving overall data transfer efficiency. AX88201S offers an industrial-grade operating temperature range: -40 to +85°C.
