Compensation System
ASIX Electronics has established a comprehensive annual performance appraisal system for employees, which serves as the basis for promotions and salary adjustments. According to the company's bylaws, 10% to 25% of the pre-tax net profit is allocated as employee compensation, sharing the business results with all employees and providing an incentive-based compensation system. Employee salaries do not differ based on race, gender, or age. In 2024, the stock exchange announced the average and median salaries of full-time non-management employees for listed companies in 2023. The average and median salaries of ASIX are NT$1.59 million and NT$1.392 million respectively, indicating strong rankings within the semiconductor industry.


Employee Welfare Measures
ASIX's employee welfare measures emphasize not only annual salary adjustments, year-end bonuses, and employee profit sharing but also the harmonious relationships between colleagues and their families. The company hosts annual events such as year-end parties, spring banquets, holiday dinners, and domestic and international travels, encouraging employees to bring their families and enjoy quality time together. Retirement System and Implementation Status
ASIX has established an employee retirement plan in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and labor retirement-related regulations. The application and disbursement standards for pensions are handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. The old system pensions managed under the Labor Standards Act have been fully settled and paid off between 2017 and 2020 to 2024. Additionally, since July 2005, the company has consulted with employees and made pension contributions to their retirement accounts as per the Labor Pension Regulations. All matters related to employee retirement are managed in accordance with relevant regulations.

Talent Layout
ASIX has 77 employees in 2023, all of whom are regular employees. To enhance research and development and management capabilities, the company has consistently regarded a robust personnel layout and structure as the foundation for technological advancement and generational management principles, with a particular emphasis on employee quality. The company appropriately hires local labor to enhance community recognition. In terms of workplace distribution, 92% of employees work at the Hsinchu operations base, while 8% are overseas employees, primarily responsible for business and technical support.

The core principles of equality, non-discrimination, and international human rights law are essential components of a company's social responsibility. To ensure the protection of human rights and align with international standards, ASIX has referenced various international human rights conventions to establish its human rights policies, which include: anti-discrimination and equality, privacy protection, anti-forced labor and working hour management, prohibition of child labor, and assisting employees in maintaining physical and mental health and work balance.

Healthy and Safe Workplace
Healthy Workplace Environment
ASIX has equipped its facilities with gym equipment and exercise spaces for employees, regularly hosting various activities including birthday parties, departmental meals, domestic and international travel, year-end banquets, running events, and team-building activities, to encourage employees to maintain healthy exercise habits. The company arranges for contracted medical providers to visit ASIX’s office every month to provide one-on-one professional health consultations for employees, and employees also enjoy health check-up leave and subsidies.
Safe Working Environment
1. Maintenance and Inspection of Company Equipment
• In accordance with the Labor Safety and Health Low, qualified contractors are commissioned to conduct operating environmental tests, including CO2 concentration, every six months. The tests conducted in April and October 2023 showed a CO2 concentration of 784ppm, well below the regulatory limit of 5,000ppm.
• According to fire safety regulations, a qualified fire inspection and decontamination company was entrusted to conduct fire safety inspections on April 12, 2023, with the results reported to the competent authority on April 20.
• In January and July 2023, professional and qualified electromechanical consultants were commissioned to inspect the high and low voltage power system, with the results complying with regulations and submitted to Taiwan Power Company.
• The building management committee has contracted qualified vendors to perform monthly elevator maintenance to ensure the elevators are always safe and operational.
2. Office Environment and Employee Insurance
• In January 2023, the renewal of free group accident insurance, medical insurance, occupational accident insurance, and major medical insurance for employees was completed.
• In October 2023, the renewal of commercial fire insurance and public liability insurance for the office area was completed, along with insurance coverage for property and inventory, ensuring the safety of the company and its employees.
